Courses
You are very welcome to attend the course with or without a birth partner. However, I strongly encourage you to bring a birth partner whether that is the other parent or not. It needs to be somebody you feel comfortable with and have a good bond to and is planning to be with you at your baby’s birth time.
One-to-one training sessions
I specialise in training 1 mother and her chosen birth partner at a time. I do not do classes. As a trained hypnobirthing practitioner and a clinical hypnotherapist, life coach and NLP (neurolinguistic programming) practitioner of over 10 years experience I am able to respond to your individual needs to prepare you for birthing.
Normally I charge £60 per hour for my therapy work, however, as I believe giving the best possible start to a new life is really worthwhile I charge £145 per 3 – 3.5 hour session (including practice materials) and would strongly recommend 2 sessions for the complete training. If you book 2 sessions then the fee is £260 (a reduction of £30). If you can only manage 1 session then together you and I will make sure you achieve maximum benefit in the time available.
No extra charge for birth partners.
